We recently bought 1/2 a pig. We have all these shoulder steaks, roasts and chops. What can I do with them?

I would go to allrecipes.com and select pork recipes and see what you get. I bet there are tons there, and you would know better than I what you would like.

I recently discovered a great crockpot recipie for chops! Pork chops to cover bottom of pot - ok to crowd or some overlap 2 Green peppers, cleaned and sliced into strips 1 large can chopped/diced tomatoes, drained. 1 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and quartered 1 "normal" can plain tomato sauce garlic, (powder or fresh crushed), basil, oregano, salt, bayleaf
Layer in crockpot: Season (pepper, salt) the chops, then place (raw) in bottom of crockpot. Green peppers Mushrooms Tomatoes Garlic (either poweder or fresh, crushed), Salt, 1 t Oregano, 2 t Basil or to taste Tomato sauce 1 bayleaf
Cook on High about 3 hours. (remove bayleaf before serving) Serve over rice, with the chops beside the rice, the tomato/mushroom goodies on the rice. The chops come out really tender and moist.
