1 16 oz can pumpkin 4 eggs 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup butter (melted) 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon
mix pumpkin, eggs, sugar and butter. combine dry ingrediants and gradually mix with pumkin mixture. Put in a 9 X 13 cake pan and back at 350 for 30 minutes.
Frosting: 1 3 oz pgk cream cheese 6 TBSP softened butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 TBSP milk 3 cups powdered sugar
use electic mixer to blend until creamy and spread on cooled pumpkin cake

mmmmm. I loff pumpkin anything! I made pumpkin muffins tonight. Had pumpkin ice cream on tuesday.

Its sooo good. I eat it for breakfast when I make it...its pumpkin so its healthy, right?
