Okay this touristy type town near me has a gas station that makes pies to sell to tourists. They have a particular pie I'd like to make at home. But I don't know what it is called. I thought it was a possum pie but I searched that on allrecipes.com and they had pecans and coconut in them and the pie I'm wanting doesn't. So help me if this sounds familiar. It is a chocolate pie in a regular pie crust with meringue on top, the only difference is it has two layers. The bottom layer is white and creamy and seems to have cream cheese in it. The top layer is regular chocolate custard. Does anyone have any idea how to make this? Also there is another one I see people make alot at christmas. It has a graham cracker crust and I know the top layer is chocolate pudding, then it has whipped cream on top, but the bottom layer of is is a white substance too and I think it has cream cheese in it. If any of you know either of these recipes please post them or at least tell me what the blasted things are called LOL! Thanks.
Oh and anyone can feel free to post their buttermilk pie recipes for me as well. Since Dusty brought it up I realized I have lost the recipe I used last year at christmas time.

Go to the cool whip website and look for a recipe. I make this every year at Christmas, but with pumpkin pie! It's cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip as the bottom layer, and you can do any kind of pudding-like filling as the top layer. My pumpkin version is a HUGE hit every year, and now I want to try the chocolate version!

Char the address was too long so the link missed some of it, I copied and pasted the rest and found the recipe, so you won't have to do that. I copied and pasted the recipe to this post for you so here it is.
Double Chocolate Ribbon Pie
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 Tbsp. milk 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Chocolate Whipped Topping, thawed, divided 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.) 2 cups cold milk 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and 1 Tbsp. milk in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping. Spread onto bottom of crust. POUR 2 cups milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick.) Pour over cream cheese layer. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until set. Top with remaining whipped topping just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
