Cranberry and Chocolate Squares
1 ¼ cup self rising flour ½ cup unsalted butter ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar 2 eggs beaten 1 /1/3 cranberries 5 Tbsp coarsely grated unsweetened chocolate

OH NO!!!! I am so sorry! I was in a rush yesterday, GNO - yep, no I had not started the Merlot before I got there..
Here is the recipe again
Cranberry and Chocolate Squares
1 ¼ cup se4lf rising flour ½ cup unsalted butter ¼ cup cocoa powder 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar 2 eggs beaten 1 /1/3 cranberries 5 Tbsp coarsly grated unsweetened chocolate
For the topping
2/3 cup sour cream 6 Tbsp sugar 2 Tbsp self rising flour ¼ cup unsalted butter (room temperature – soft) 1 egg beaten ½ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 10x7 inch baking pan and dust lightly with flour. Combine butter, cocoa powder and sugar in a saucepan and stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove melted mixture from the heat and stir in the flour and eggs, Beat until thoroughly mixed. Stir in Cranberries Spread mixture into baking pan. Take all ingredients for topping and mix in a bowl. Sprinkle topping over base. Sprinkle everything with the grated chocolate and bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool in pan and then cut into squares
