Well, sometimes you just want something EASY that tastes good and looks beautiful and inviting. I wouldn't encourage a steady diet of this one. But it IS tasty--and it doesn't get any easier.
Mandarin Orange Delight
One 16 ounce container of cottage cheese One regular package of orange jello One 8 ounce container of original Cool Whip (the low fat turns runny) One can of drained Mandarin oranges
Dump the container of Cool Whip into a bowl. Add the dry jello. Stir until you get an even orange color. Add the container of cottage cheese and stir. Now stir in Mandarin oranges.
Spoon everything into a fresh bowl and decorate the top with more Mandarin orange slices. This will taste best if allowed to sit for an hour or so before serving. If you have any leftovers, they will fit back into the now-empty Cool Whip container.
