OH WF, we made them just in time, before it got HOT! Now we try not to use the oven. They were delicious, even our son who thinks he does not eat 'swine' loved them! Of course I always toast you when I eat things you inspired me to make. A couple of days after the pork chops, I put a whole duck in the oven with lost of garlic and rosemary and cooked it overnight, or as this household calls it, 'a la Wildfire'. I took the meat off the bone chopped it and put it in the freezer. Last weekend I made a duck ragout from the meat with Gnocchi..all I can say, OMG, angels did wild things on my tounge.....
