Well, tried the fruit pizza. Made it with strawberried, blueberries and pineapple. Yum! In fact, we had a couple of items on the menu from E-friends. We had sirloin steak marinated in oil, vinegar and Italian seasonings, grilled on the George Foreman grill, baked potatoes, and Zucchini Alfredo, a recipe I got from Linda. You need to post that recipe here, girlfriend! It's a good one! We had company over just for the fireworks (sorry Amber, I live with pyromaniacs). I served the fruit pizza then. it was quite a hit! chris

It looks more like a dessert then a pizza. Is that how you served it, as a dessert? Is this a good "make ahead" recipe?

Yes, I served it as a dessert. It is a dessert pizza. You can make it somewhat ahead, but not a day ahead.. the cookie base gets a little soggy. I'd say to make it in the mornign and serve it in the afternoon or evening.
