okay I have no measurments but here its the one I make in summer.
red potatoes red onion cucumber pref. the long english ones (less seeds) dill sour cream mayo vinegar oil (optional) salt pepper..
boil and peel potatoes. let potatoes cool down. when potoeas are cold cut them into cubes. Pell and cut cucumber(s) in half lengthwise With a teaspoon scrape down the middle and remove all seeds. Cut half again in half lentghtwise. cut cucumber into cubes, the appr. size of the potatoe cubes chop onion chop dill mix everything together with half sour cream and half mayo add salt, pepper vinegar and oil to taste
this salad is good with grilled or poached salmon also we had it with fresh trout.

N*O my mother taught me that the key to good potato salad is the red potatoes. After that you can add any kind of dressing, seasonings and veggies you want!

very very true, other potatoes are too starchy.
