I am in the process of re-vamping my own site. The links are only good up to Facilities...but would you all mind taking a look at what is there so far and letting me know if it looks/loads/works etc? www.rockingn.com

Well Teddy;s description on the geldings page says "CJ is one of our broodmares. She has been in the roping arena, done ranch work and trail rides, but these days she is busy being a mama. She is bred to Duke and is due late March 2005. " ;D That's all I've found so far. I would put a recent photo of Stormy on her page. It seems strange to only have a foal photo and be talking about being in training!

Hey-I didn't know Teddy was for sale yet. Questions-the people who just had the foundered horse are looking for a dependable mount for their 6 year old daughter. She would use him for riding around the house, fun shows, and play days. Would he be suitable? She's a pretty good, confident little rider, but she is 6, so it needs to be dependable. She wants something she has to RIDE though, that she can learn from, not something that plods along and ignores cues.

oops! I'll get Teddy's blurb fixed! Thanks.
He's only sort of for sale yet. I won't be going totally live with the website for a bit yet, but I'm trying to get everything on there.
I don't THINK I'd recommend him for a 6 yo. He's just a little up and spooky about some things, but that may wear off as he settles in and realizes that the world is not out to get him. He's very gentle, but he does "try" people to see what he's going to be able to get away with. Ted is riding him three-four times a week and he is doing really well. The boys will start trying him out soon, so we'll see how how he does with them. I'll let you know.

Great! Let me know how he does with the kids. They'll be looking pretty seriously in the next month or so, with fun show season coming soon.

suggestions:
On the training page- remember the video clip you had of the yearlings side-passing? That would be an awesome addition to this good page.
On your servides page you have sentence which goes something like "A trail course as well as a trail class is always available." That seems a little awkward to me. Since two things are being offered is the verb truly singular. I think if the nouns were plural trail courses and trail classes are being offered it would sound more correct AND more inviting. The singular noun sounds like there's only one class ever. This is nit picking I know, but just something I noticed. It's really really good, Karen. Please let us know when the guest book is up. I want to sign it and brag shamelessly about you and your family. Oh, and your barns and grounds look FABULOUS!!!! Congratulations. I know that level of perfection represents endless work. Can't wait until the "crew" pics are put int also. Why isn't Cocoa featured. Is her health worse? Thanks for sharing.

It looks nice. I didn't have time to read it closely. Can you make your address and phone number on the home page slightly larger? They are a bit hard to read.
