I just updated our churches website - again - and I was wondering if you all could take a quick peek and tell me if you see any glaring errors or problems - you know, typos, things that don't work in different browsers, etc? I would SOOOOO appreciate it! ;D www.crossroadsbaptistbeggs.org |

I really like it. It was easy for me to navigate (explorer).
Wish you were closer to me, we are looking for another church.

*Whew!* Always a risk going to another church's website; sometimes they're not so um, well made.  But this one was a treat! I went to every page. The links loaded easily, the information was well written, and the pics were fun. Your new sanctuary looks really inviting! I like having the option of a daily lesson online, and the daily verse in the corner was a nice touch. "Inspired," in fact!  You do really nice work, Karen! I wish you could rework my church's website, but it was done by some members that fancy themselves quite the computer whizzes. I don't even go there anymore, because it's impossible to make the passwords work most of the time. *sigh* |

and I had a little problem with no pic for the senior pastor. The Forum page and the prayer request page didn't work for me.
It looks like a lovely church and they are lucky to have you doing their website.
P.S. I reordered my book case and revisited Providence. I really like that book and can't wait to read your next one.

Thanks, everyone! I worked pretty hard on it, but it was worth it.
Frosty - there's a good reason the Sr Pastor pic didn't work - There isn't one! He is new, and just starting this Sunday, so I have to get one of him, along with a bio to post there.
And, Mary Ann, I know about the stepping on toes bit - I hate that.... but a website can really do a lot for church. You'd probably never know that we are just a little country church with only about 250 members!
And, yes to all who mentioned it, I LOVE my church and my church FAMILY, that's what makes it so very special.
