Seems like every time I take the dogs to the beach, someone ends up with a cut pad, so I haven't been taking them much.
I got off work early a couple weeks ago and as I was driving home, I saw a HUGE amount of beach and decided I had time and could take them before my chiro appointment (note to self, NEVER take Frankie to the beach if you're on a time schedule! She does NOT want to come out of the water)
It was Rikki's first time there, and she LOVED it!

Beautiful beach and nice and quiet. Max would have a great time. My hubby took him down to the river yesterday and he played for over an hour and still didn't want to come out of the water. The water is moving really fast so hubby keeps him on a training lead that is about 30 feet long in case he gets stuck in the current.
