The first picture was taken at Christmas 2013. The second picture was taken today, Dec 22, 2014. I do believe I can see a difference now!

A striking difference!
I know I commented on this thread when it first came up but don't see my comment! I'm glad your dr is confident enough on your progress to not see you for 6 months!

Wow that is quite a difference. I found when I lost weight the best thing I did was start working out. It firmed up all those muscles and made me feel better. Endorphins rock. LOL I imagine you will have to start slowly.
