I decided it was time to get out of my comfort zone. So when I saw a bike at the thrift store for 7.99 I snagged it. I joined the local bike club bi -weekly rides. What FUN! With all the swimming I do I don't have too much trouble keeping up. Its easieron the body than riding the horse who swears Arabs don't walk. Even Toby loves it. I put him on leash and he trots right alongside. Man that dog can fly. Today I put him in the front basket. But for any length of time spent in it I will need a deeper and wider basket. But he was a good boy and simply sat. I want to start using it to get around town too, I would sure save on gas and get rid of the bit of flabby still left in the inner thigh. I hope.

What a cute bike. Girlie, comfy, and yet it's got gears and no big balloon tires. You are a pretty girl. Glad you are having fun.

Wow, I can't believe how good you look. As they say, "You've come a long ways baby to get where you've got to today."

Thanks. Rode Shadow yesterday for the first time this year. She must have stepped wrong because she came home lame on a front leg. She still thinks she is in her teens though she turns 28 next week.

Silly girl. But how great is it that you can still take rides with her and enjoy her There is a grand old girl at the barn that is still used for lessons and my girls ride around on her some....she just had her 30th birthday

Luckily she was sound the next day. Though I haven't ridden her again since. Even with all the bike riding and the swimming I find muscles that are sore with riding the horse. LOL I enjoy her even if she is just a pet.
