I am asking EVERYONE who reads this post to email it to everyone on your list in hopes to locate Jacob this dogs owner..... This dog is reg. to a man who is serving our country!!!!! Every email needs to be he needs to contact our location ASAP to discuss the future of his Stafford Terrier---- 641-345-2568 contact # This is his dog!!! He looks so sad. I hope he is missed, and found by his owner.

Bumping this. . .
Lots of investigating has been done. The dog's name is Lucky (How fitting!), but unfortunately his owner has not updated his chip information since 2003 and all of the info is invalid now. He was chipped by the U.S. Fort Hood Animal Care Fund-we're working on contacting them for more information as well, but as of right now everything is a dead end!

I'm glad they found his owner! I was afraid that maybe he was among the fatalities in the war. I'm glad it ended well! This also serves as a reminder to make sure you update your information! Two of my dogs are chipped, and when I changed my cell phone number one of the FIRST places I called to update the information was Home Again to make sure they had current info. VERY important!

Great news! I tried looking for him on Copernic and found nothing. You know reunions of pets and owners was my FAVORITE part of working at the shelter. The pets were ecstatic to see their mom or dad.

I have a dog that I saved from the pound. Was told by the person who took him there that his owner was being deployed. Has rabies tags, but I don't know from where, bc tags only have a four digit number. There is no other information. I would love to find this owner and would be more than happy to keep the dog until his owner returns home if need be. Dog is too trained and too awesome to not be able to go home. Please help.
